Patla's identity

Patla is a medicinal plant. The properties of Patla have been explained in detail in the Ayurvedic text Charak Samhita.   What is Patla?

It is a medium sized tree with a height of 9-18 m. Generally this tree is found in humid places and deciduous forests. The color of Patla flowers is red, white and yellow and on the basis of these colors there are three species of Patla. These flowers are beneficial for health, apart from these flowers, the roots and bark of Patla are also used in the treatment of many diseases.

Benefits of Patla

Patla is astringent, bitter, bitter, hot, guru, tridosha-sedant, mainly phlegm-sedant, fragrant, vivid, hearty, fire-enhancing, inflammatory, condughan and ulcer healer, deodorizer, dysentery, edema, breathlessness, dyspnea, typhus and It is a sedative.
It is a destroyer of loss of appetite, breathlessness, swelling, blood defect, chhardi, hikka, arsh, thirst, adhaman, blood defect, distaste and blood bile.
Its flowers are astringent, sweet, cooling and phlegm-reducing.
Its fruits are astringent, sweet, bitter, cold, guru, throat; It relieves flatulence, dyspepsia, hicca, dysentery and dysentery.

Disadvantages of Patla

  In India, Patla plant is generally found in humid places and deciduous forests at an altitude of 1200 m. Apart from this, this plant is also found in sub-Himalayan areas up to a height of about 1500 m.
